Data we collect
Booking form: surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number, date, time, number of guests, preferred seating, chosen event where relevant and any message. If you mention an allergy, it is used only to prepare for your visit: please share only what is useful.
Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
Technical data: a session cookie needed for the forms to work (see the Cookies page), and the technical logs kept by the hosting provider (IP address, date and page visited).

Retention periods
- Bookings: 3 years.
- Messages sent through the contact form: 3 years.
- Hosting provider’s technical logs: 365 days.
- Session cookie: until you close your browser; cookie choices: 6 months.
Recipients
- The Le Festin team, through a password-protected staff area.
- Our hosting provider, LWS (Ligne Web Services), 10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, which stores the website and its data.
- Confirmation e-mails, which are also sent through LWS.
Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website, form data and e-mails are hosted on the servers of LWS, our hosting provider. LWS states that its servers are located in France (see its public information). We do not transfer it outside the European Union. If you accept external content, Instagram (Meta) may process some data outside the EU under its own policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to us at contact@lefestinmentonnais.fr. We reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you feel your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.
